The tools used helped to uncover a deeper conversation
Fantastic to have time and space to focus on team development and dynamics.
I liked the framework - I found some of it difficult to answer and perhaps needed more time on sections. I liked the coach's comments, reflections, suggestions.
I've worked with Kerry for over three years and found her a delight to work alongside . Her strengths are innovative and creative change in order to support complex issues that need to be addressed. She has a depth of focus and commitment to making the organisational change and in creating the structures that are needed to make it effective. One of Kerry's greatest attributes is bringing in all the 'voices' so that all of those involved own and believe in the change that is underway and are invested in outcomes. In her work Kerry uses multiple ways to communicate and can adapt her style and approach to make sure there is clarity and understanding about the work she is leading forward . All of this she does with a lightness of touch , a big smile and bundles of energy.

Team Workshop participant
Kerry worked with us to facilitate a strategic review and planning workshop for our board of trustees and senior management team in July 2022. From the outset I found Kerry a delight to work with. She quickly grasped my objectives and offered creative suggestions to design a day that would deliver. Kerry offered plenty of time to prepare and clarify understanding in advance and the workshop itself was a great success.
This was the first time some of the trustees and managers had met in person and Kerry's approach using design thinking helped everyone contribute, had a lot of fun and ultimately came away with a framework for developing our goals for this next 3 year period. The post workshop report that Kerry produced was particularly helpful, both for those who couldn't attend, but also to keep focused on the output from the day. I would highly recommend her and hope to work together again in the future.

Design Challenge Coaching clients
I commissioned Kerry to deliver Design thinking training for myself and colleagues.
The content was engaging with just the right balance between theoretical context and practical application via real worked examples generated from within the group with Kerry’s guidance and worked through using the tools and techniques presented to us. We all left the session revved up about applying the thinking and using the tools.
Kerry is a fabulous trainer who takes great care in supporting delegates. Her enthusiasm is infectious and she creates a dynamic environment in which to share ideas and formulate actions for putting plans into practice
