The 10GM Existing Leaders Programme was a leadership development initiative tailored for experienced managers and leaders within Greater Manchester's Voluntary, Community, and Social Enterprise (VCSE) sector. Running from January to June 2024, the programme offered 20 participants the opportunity to co-design and engage in a series of leadership workshops.

Sessions covered planning and processes, motivation and collaboration, influence and navigating change, wellbeing, sustainability and succession, and reviewing and sharing practices. The cohort includes leaders from various small and medium-sized VCSE organizations across Greater Manchester, focusing on areas like community arts, mental health, youth work, and community action.
