    Strategic Lead and Co-Director

    I’m a design-thinker, mother and maker, as well as a Chartered Management Institute certified (Level 7) Leadership Coach and Mentor.

    My experience marries skills in facilitation, therapeutic approaches, coaching, organisational and community development, design-thinking and grassroots and system experience across charity, NHS, public and private sectors.

    My work recognises the leadership role of governance and of lived experience, and understand the tools and resources needed to support both. I have developed a portfolio of work which demonstrates our engagement reach, range of capabilities and understanding of the VCSE sector

  • Hi! Im Tess Basson

    Development Lead and Co-Director

    I’m a compassionate and motivated change-maker, using my experience in co-production and wellbeing to grow skills and knowledge of Healing-Centred Design within business and communities.

    My role draw on my varied background as a qualified Person-Centred Counsellor in mental health and bereavement organisations, Supervisor for Refugee and Asylum Seeker personalised care teams, Lead Social Prescriber in the health sector based in Primary Care and VCSE, Wellbeing Event Planner for charities and honed business skills from the world of education.

    I'm driven to support individuals with their mental health to create safe and nurturing practices in the workplace. Therapeutic training and facilitation, ensures my approach is solution focused, Person-Centered and community rooted.

Our Brilliant Board Members and Co-Directors

As a CIC we advocate using co-production to strengthen teams, ideas and decisions. Our 4 co-directors, are Kerry, Tess, our mum, Lynn Bertram, sister Faye Veal. Together we bring a depth of skills in therapeutic counselling, coaching, organisational and community development, people management, design-thinking and experience across charity, NHS, public and private sectors.

We also welcome Phil Trelease as a Board Member. His strong finance experience, working in both private business and VCSE infrastructure organisations strengthens our Board and ensures longevity in all our decisions.

Together we care deeply about creating work that inspires positive social change, and nourishes the person behind that work. We value equality, integrity and kindness and these qualities guide our contribution to society.
