I’m a design-thinker, mother and maker, as well as a Chartered Management Institute certified (Level 7) Leadership Coach and Mentor.
My experience marries skills in facilitation, therapeutic approaches, coaching, organisational and community development, design-thinking and grassroots and system experience across charity, NHS, public and private sectors.
My work recognises the leadership role of governance and of lived experience, and understand the tools and resources needed to support both.

Development Lead and Co-Director
I’m a compassionate and motivated change-maker, using my experience in co-production and wellbeing to grow skills and knowledge of Healing-Centred Design within business and communities.
My role draw on my varied background as a qualified Person-Centred Counsellor, Supervisor for Refugee and Asylum Seeker personalised care teams, Lead Social Prescriber, and Wellbeing Event Planner for charities.
I'm driven to support individuals with their mental health to create safe and nurturing practices in the workplace.

I’m committed to building strong relationships through partnerships and am a board member and Co-Director at A Brilliant Thing CIC.
My experience building community and supporting people through digital solutions and background working with HR Consultants means I understand how wellbeing and work come together in on and offline spaces.
Communicating the story of A Brilliant Thing CIC and all of the brilliant people we coach, partner and work with, helps build a supportive and inspiring community that I love being part of!

I am a Director of Finance and Operations in the third sector for Action Together CIO which operates in the Oldham, Rochdale and Tameside areas to support local charities, voluntary and faith organisations.
I have also operated as a Business Adviser to SMEs as well as an R & D Tax specialist and am committed to using my skills and knowledge to support the development of A Brilliant Thing CIC. -

I am a self employed Business Admin Virtual Assistant, with 15 years+ experience in finance, admin, and development support, in business and the VCFSE sector.
With A Brilliant Thing CIC I support all aspects of business and project admin, working closely with directors and associates.

I am a facilitator based in Devon and help organisations make a difference in the world by co-designing relevant services with the people they serve, based on research into what matters and what works.
My background is in developing award-winning participatory services in the Cultural sector, working with vulnerable and under-represented audiences including migrant young people and families, and people experiencing homelessness. -
Dr Marion Oveson
I'm a French-American consultant based in Sheffield. I am a lived experience and participatory research specialist, dedicated to story-gathering, connection, community engagement, training, and co-production.
My academic background, including a PhD focused on community-university partnerships, equips me with strong research skills that I integrate into practical, on-the-ground work.

Liz Mytton
I am coach & trainer based in the North West, working in the Cultural and VCSFE Sector, specialising in MH and EDI. Creative Director at Theatre In Flow CIC. Board member at Bradford Producing Hub.
I do lots of things and love variety! I coach, train, write and make theatre. Creativity is at the core of who I am, as is collaboration and communication. I'm particularly interested in anti-racist practice, non-violent communication, active listening, thinking environments and action learning.

I am a creative individual with 30 years of experience in not-for-profit management, based in the North West, and hold an MBA from the Open University. I founded Community Help & Information Service CIC in 2017 to provide tailored support to not-for-profit groups. I am a Director and Treasurer of Live from Worktown CIC, an arts and heritage group.
For A Brilliant Thing CIC, I have contributed by producing community events, advising on policies, and editing the Healing-Centred Transformation podcast, including composing and performing the theme tune.

I am a freelance coach and consultant working across Greater Manchester in the creative health sector which brings health, social care and VCSE sector organisations together to tackle health inequalities through creativity.
I have a broad knowledge of the public, VCSE and business sectors from working in community and arts development and business support roles in local government for over 25 years, focusing on local priorities in health, education, skills and employment, ageing well etc.

Beth Creedon
I am a coach based in Yorkshire, I specialise in teaching people to self-coach, and facilitating groupwork with a focus on compassion.
I took my coach training in 2009 and since then I've been coaching 1:1, facilitating group coaching programs, workshops and retreats, working with thousands of people.
I love wild swimming, I’m a black belt in Chinese kickboxing and I love food, I used to run seasonal supper clubs and am happiest on my allotment.

I am a filmmaker, motion digital artist, and storytelling project co-creator based in the Wirral. I run Brave Day, an organisation that helps people to develop their courage, flourish creatively and collaborate with other project creators to support and develop creative storytelling practices and activities within communities and education.
My clients include NHS GM, Manchester Metropolitan University, Breaking Barriers Rochdale CIC, and partnership work with Brilliant Thing CIC.
