How might we support the strategic and cultural development within a network of funded projects?
A Brilliant Thing CIC, has worked with Youth Music since 2023 to support a range of Organisational Development workshops and peer support networks to strengthen strategy, embed youth-voice and encourage positive culture-making.
We have worked with over 30 UK-wide projects and organisations offering coaching, training, and facilitated sessions.
Youth Music is a charitable funder helping young people to develop personally and socially as well as musically- currently investing in over 350 projects in the UK.
