How might we work with a diverse range of organisations to develop sustainable strategy?

We regularly work with charities, public sector teams, cross-sector networks to facilitate awaydays and development workshops. Some recent examples include:

Greater Manchester Combined Authority - workshops to support various departments including reflective practice for the Gender Based Violence panel and system mapping with Violence Reduction Unit.

Culture Coop - developing the next phase of a project bringing together artists, arts organisations and partners in Rochdale Borough, using visual storytelling to map their journey and imagine the future.

National Lottery Heritage Fund - delivering a programme of interventions inclusion executive leadership team awayday, Strategic Planning Group development workshops and Business Insight and Innovation team awayday to support and improve internal systems and culture.

Rochdale Council - development and training with various departments including systems thinking with the Executive team, design-thinking training with the Leadership Academy, support days with the Occupational Therapy teams and facilitation of anti-poverty initiative development sessions.
