Reflective Practice

Our creative work to facilitate reflective sessions with people, teams and networks to support wellbeing.

How might we create spaces for people to process the emotional impact of the work they do?

We regularly work with charities, public sector teams, cross-sector networks to facilitate Reflective Practice. Reflective Practice is an approach that supports people to share, explore and process the emotional impact of the work they do in supportive closed groups. Our coaches hold these spaces on and offline and use creative methods that support wellbeing.

Carers Support- online Reflective Practice for management, coordinator and practitioner teams to strengthen organisational connection and cohesion and support individuals.

Youth Music - Reflective Practice for funded organisations across the UK who are delivering inclusion focused music projects with and for young people. Sharing and processing the challenges of the work and building peer connection and support.

The Brilliant Club - membership to our learning programme for social enterprises and freelance practitioners includes monthly reflective practice sessions.
