Kerry Tottingham is a social change designer and Strategic Lead of A Brilliant Thing CIC, working with the NHS, funders, and charities to drive systemic change through co-production, wellbeing, and trauma-informed practice in the workplace.
With her sisters, she created Healing-Centred Design™, a framework that helps leaders and organisations transform adversity into leadership and social impact and coaches emerging leaders on the approach through The Brilliant Club. Kerry also founded Culture Camp, a summit about workplace culture, and The Lighthouse, a social change network.
A sought-after speaker and writer, Kerry explores innovation, inclusivity, and healing-centred approaches to change. Her book, Healing-Centred Transformation (June 2025), offers insights on leading with energy and purpose.
