Leadership Peer Network
Youth Music has collected insights from Charity leaders about the impact of the cost of living crisis on their organisations and the people they work with and are developing a leadership programme in response. Part of this programme is a series of Leadership Peer Network sessions, facilitated by A Brilliant Thing CIC.
Sessions will bring together 6-8 people undertaking similar positions (e.g. a group of charity leaders, or a group of music leaders) Session content will be led by the group and we expect to use reflective and creative practice to enrich sessions.
All resources and notes from sessions will be shared on this page, and we would love to hear your feedback and how you are using the ideas shared to support you your team and the work.
