Facilitation
Guided by our trained coach, teams will recognise what they already do well and explore trust, power, choice and safety, and identify. Coaching exercises will help participants develop safe, supportive and inclusive workplaces.
Healing-Centred Mapping
A collaborative activity that identifies existing strengths, supportive practices and opportunities for change, helping teams understand what enables safety, connection, wellbeing and healing across their organisation.
Real People, Real Change
Identifying types of trauma, and using real-life senarios to notice the key moments and people that enable safety and healing. This session reinforces the important role of services, projects, communities and trusted colleagues in supporting people to move into post-traumatic growth.
4 ‘R’s of Trauma Awareness
Build understanding of how to realise, recognise and respond to potential trauma and resist causing harm or retraumatisation.
Human Skills
Practice skills to strengthen communication, inclusion and psychological safety at work, and create more trust and support.
Circle of Support
An empowering final session to identify the support network around your work and create healthy boundaries. We create a shared resource with you to show and support the connections between self, the work you do and the impact you create in the world.
The Circle of Support resource can be shared with your wider team and community to demonstrate your commitment to working in trauma-aware and supportive ways.

The Problem
Teams are working with increasing complexity, pressure and trauma, but may lack the shared understanding, practices and processes needed to create
- Safe, compassionate and inclusive workplaces
- Supported teams and services.
Most training teaches what to do, but in our Trauma-Aware Teams training we teach you how to do it, in real life situations.

Trauma-Aware Teams
We train teams to view
- workplace environments
- Team behaviours and support
- Participants, community and delivery
through a trauma-aware lens, applying the learning to real situations.
Teams learn about their role in creating safety and support, how to and recognise secondary trauma and create healthy boundaries.

The Results
Teams work with our coaches to identify what is already working, where change is needed and practical next steps to embed safe, suppportive working.
Teams leave with a shared language and practical tools to
- Recognise trauma
- Reduce potential harm
- Strengthen trust, safety, choice and inclusion.
