Month 5 – Transition
Transition, transient, transformation.
Passing, passage, past and present. What happens in between things? Transition is about pausing, resting, reflecting and moving through so you done break your own brilliance.
It’s a useful principle when you are seeking wisdom and nurturing your own intuition.

This months task
Transitions offer us space to reflect. With our WhatsApp weekly prompts we have been building a practice of pausing and noticing. Reflecting on expectations, anticipations, needs and hopes is a useful way to start the week. Transition also means letting go of what you don’t need anymore, pausing the ‘doing’ and allowing spaciousness, through rest. Its often in these moments of rest that expansive wisdom arrives.
