We offer progression pathway to deepen your learning and opportunity to explore embedding Healing-Centred Design into your work.
Healing-Centred Design Facilitators Course
An experiential learning course for facilitators, coaches and trainers focused on Healing-Centred Design ™ which integrates theories, processes, and practices from trauma informed work, creative coaching, systemic and design thinking, collective decision-making, and collaborative leadership.
We welcome participants who have completed The Brilliant Club 6 month learning programme. After completing The Brilliant Club, all participants will start the facilitators course with a base-level understanding of Healing-Centred Design, allowing a richer and more in-depth experience on our Facilitators Course.
Associate Opportunity – invite only
Following completion of our Healing-Centred Design Facilitators Course, there is a progression pathway to apply to become A Brilliant Thing CIC Associate. We do not guarantee this opportunity as we may not always require additional Associates and we are only able to offer opportunities if the skillset matches the companies needs at the time.
When working with us as an Associate we do not guarantee work but offer opportunities as they arise.
We’re always keen to stay connected to all participants who join our Facilitators course so we can celebrate and support amplifying their brilliant work.
The Brilliant Box
Enhance your toolkit with The Brilliant Box. Our multi-purpose deck of coaching cards, including 40 beautiful image cards with activities and reflective prompts as well as tokens of appreciation. The cards are designed to be used for coaching/facilitation, with groups, in communities or independently for personal growth.
