Systems thinking iceberg
Systems thinking can support leadership and transformation, buy helping identify where challenges lie and how to influence events. It’s also useful to understand that reacting to events takes a lot of energy, and if we can anticipate events and design processes that support our desired outcomes, we can create change and manage our own energy.

Intention Experiment
This tool helps create a journey for you to follow towards your desired intention. Think of it as an experiment where you can try different approaches and actions and shift away from your usual patterns.

Statement of Intent
This guidance document can be used to create a statement of intent, to be used for staff development and project initiation. We discussed using a doc like this to help staff plan and communicate whats important in thier roles or projects, maybe over a set time period.
The doc includes suggested heading and an example Statement of Intent.
