Leadership Development programme
From January-June 2024 we are working with 10GM and bringing together a group of people with experience of VCSE management and leadership, to co-design and participate in a leadership development programme.
We will gather twice each month, for inspiring and supportive Process and Practice sessions. You’ll develop and build your own leadership toolkit so you can apply learning to support your teams and organisations.

Process Sessions
Sessions are held online, Tuesdays 11.30-12.30pm and will be recorded.
These sessions introduce 4 foundational processes to support planning, provide methodologies, develop teams and create sustainable organisations.
You will be able to create a tailored Leadership Resources Toolkit through engagement at these sessions.
