Why Facilitation?
Good facilitation helps people think better together. It creates the conditions for different perspectives to be heard, complex challenges to be explored and groups to move from conversation to shared understanding and action.
ABMA accreditation provides independent recognition of the quality and depth of the programme, while keeping the learning practical, accessible and grounded in real people and real situations.
What will I learn?
Learn and apply Healing-Centred Design®, combining trauma-informed approaches, creative coaching and systems thinking with practical tools for participation and collaboration.
1. Experiential approaches
You’ll learn by doing, with opportunities to experience, practise and reflect on different facilitation approaches.

You’ll receive the Healing-Centred Design® framework, course materials, videos, workbook and templates, with 12-month access to your online resources.
3. Connection + continued development
